Online poker guide PokerListings.com was the winner of a special Super Bowl prize promotion that was on offer from Chipleader, the affiliate programme for AbsolutePoker.com and UltimateBet.com.
Launched last year, Chipleader’s Super Bowl promotion awarded the affiliate posting the largest percentage increase in new depositing players for December when compared to the previous month with a trip to Florida for last Sunday’s Super Bowl XLIII. The winner received airfare for two to Tampa alongside accommodation at a five-star hotel and seats to watch the historic game.
To be eligible, affiliates were required to promote both AbsolutePoker.com and UltimateBet.com via a banner or text link on their homepage with a minimum qualification prerequisite of ten new depositing players over November.
In addition to PokerListings’ prize, Chipleader also gave away a total of $1,000 to the second through fifth-placed finishers in the promotion. For its second place finish, KingdomCome.com walked away with $400 followed by $300 for BonusGeek.com and $200 for PokerStrategy. Finishing in fifth, RakeBack.org was awarded with $100.
Over the last 14 months, Chipleader revealed that it has awarded affiliates with two Super Bowl packages, 15 trips for two to Costa Rica and 15 hours of private jet use. It announced that it would release details of its next affiliate contest soon.
